我最早学的是传媒和电影，后来进入了中国人力资源服务行业。过去几年，我参与过 HR SaaS 的产品设计和销售，做过外卖骑手管理，也从零搭建了一个蓝领招聘平台，去年帮助三万多人找到工作。

现在，我在持续把 AI 智能体用进真实的工作里——审核合同、整理周报邮件、辅助招聘、分析经营数据等，偶尔也开发点日常小工具，很有满足感。

与此同时，我在中欧读 MBA，参与 TEDxCEIBS 的策展，也完成了多伦多 Rotman 的交换项目。

我长期关心的是：未来人们会怎样工作，技术怎样真正帮助中小企业增长，以及生活里那些好玩的事和好看的风景。

I started out in media and film, then moved into China’s HR services industry. I’ve helped design and sell HR SaaS products, run delivery-rider operations, and built a blue-collar recruitment platform that helped 30,000+ people find jobs last year.

These days I keep putting AI agents to work — reviewing contracts, organizing weekly report emails, helping with recruitment, analyzing business data, and more. Every now and then I build little everyday tools, which is quite satisfying.

Meanwhile I’m doing my MBA at CEIBS, help curate TEDxCEIBS, and have completed my exchange at Rotman in Toronto.

The questions I keep coming back to: how people will work in the future, how technology can genuinely help smaller businesses grow — and the fun things and beautiful views along the way.
